General Shipping Information

  • We currently only offer shipping to Canada and USA.
  • All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post. See below for estimated shipping times.
  • Popmelo Slimes is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, however, we may offer replacements if the customer covers the shipping fee.
    • Please send an email to popmelo.slimes@outlook.com with your name, order number, and photos if you are interested in a replacement package.
    • Our FREE shipping policy is not eligible for replacement packages.
  • Please contact us at popmelo.slimes@outlook.com ASAP if you input the incorrect delivery address. Package recovery is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to resolve the issue!


When can I receive my order?

The total time necessary is a sum of the processing time + shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes to create and pack orders. Please allot 1-3 days for this! Shipping times will vary according to the distance of your address and the delivery speed selected during checkout. See below for the delivery speeds that correspond to the shipping options offered.
